Important Season Information

Ready for an exciting season with Hitmen? Here's what you need to know:

Fall Season Registration

To register, simply click "Register Now" at the top of the website.

Eligibility for the Fall Season

To play in the fall season, complete the following tasks:

  • Pay the Registration Fee
  • Participate in the chosen fundraiser: Sell at least 10 discount cards (we'll notify you when they're ready).
  • Attend the mandatory Football Equipment Fitting (TBA).
  • Football players must pay the equipment rental fee during registration, at the Equipment Fitting, or use their own certified helmet and pads.
  • Submit a picture of the ORIGINAL Birth Certificate, Report Card (for grade level verification), and a player picture to NSID (National Sports Identification). Detailed instructions will be provided closer to the season start.
  • Submit a physical dated in 2024
  • Ensure all items and payments are turned in by the first practice to secure your roster spot.

Football Player Purchases

Football players need to purchase:

  • Black integrated football pants (custom pants provided if pre-season fundraisers succeed).
  • Cleats
  • Game socks (Head Coach may specify a color).
  • Mouthpiece that connects to the helmet (not white or clear).
  • Practice jersey

*Used pants, cleats, and practice jerseys may be available during the first week of practice for $10. (Game jersey provided by the league).

Cheerleader Purchases

Cheerleaders, please wait for details from the coach before purchasing. Required items include:

  • Bloomers
  • Bow
  • Socks
  • Cheer shoes
  • Cheer practice attire

*Cheer Uniforms provided by the league for cheerleaders to keep. Pom Poms are loaned and need to be returned.

Tentative Season Dates (Subject to Change)

  • Various camps scheduled throughout the off-season, starting in February (weather permitting).
  • Official practice begins July 15th.
  • First week of the season, practice is five days a week.
  • Practice for the remainder of the season is 2-3 days per week (days determined by coach and field availability).
  • Practice sessions are 2 hours each.
  • First game tentatively scheduled for the 1st Saturday in September.
  • Games are always on Saturdays, with time and location varying. Typically, half the games are home, and half are away, with away games in Prescott, Flagstaff, or North Phoenix.
